It's good that you've taken the first step to admit your addiction to facebook....if you start a help group I think you'll find more addicts including me!

I'm inbetween jobs myself and have no clue what I want to do so you're not alone.

Keep bloggin though - it's good to vent your anger and frustration even if it is into cyberspace where any weirdo can read it (including me) lol!

I just read a few of your blogs :-) You've got a lot going on in your life so it's no wonder you're churning out personal stuff. Keep writing, it's as good as counselling and much cheaper :-) I hope the contact with your mother goes well ..... Ohhhhhhhh and good luck with your Jamaican quest .....

Thanks. I actually did find writing it therapeutic hence the fact it just all came out, and I do hope it could help others in similar situations. Then at least some good could come out of it. x

This is a good medium to vent all these feelings, and you never know, someone reading this maybe your lost mother.
If not, maybe it will help other people come to terms with the same things your going through.
